Representation Summary:
Relates to the Council bringing forward brownfield sites in the Green Belt. This is considered to be an arbitrary response to provide new dwellings in locations that may, or may not be beneficial to the principles of the Green Belt, without giving due regard to the appropriateness of those locations for residential development. Equally, it is not reasonable or logical to presume that the character of a Larger Village will be harmed by development or proportionate growth on its boundary.
