I am with Mount Surgery and getting to see a GP is a real problem. If you were desperate there used to be a walk-in service to see the duty doctor. That has been withdrawn and now you have to ring the surgery - when you can get through - and then wait for a doctor to ring you if the receptionist decides it's appropriate. We no longer have a GP service in my opinion.
