However, our traffic experts suggest local roads within and around West Horndon are adequately suited to the car traffic from a residential reuse of the estates; that would replace the industrial estates' commercial traffic in the event of redevelopment.
Hermes considers employment sites situated close to the strategic highway network would be successful and would encourage Brentwood to bring forward new employment sites in these locations.
