The Childerditch Industrial Park and the proposed employment area at The Range North (112D) can continue and add to providing a range of jobs to support the local economy, and assist in the reallocation of existing employment sites that either are not particular suited to meeting business needs or are considered better suited for residential uses in the new Local Plan.
