Representation Summary:
With the volume of development proposed in West Horndon the existing park could be expanded or a second park created, west of Thorndon Avenue. It would more central and could lend itself to woodland plantation, and would benefit from a pond to take excess water and run off to alleviate flooding. This would benefit biodiversity. Additionally the WW2 memorial would be more accessible.
