Representation Summary:
Members of the Hutton Mount Association are concerned that there appears to be no reference, directly or indirectly in the proposed Local Plan Preferred Options 2015-2030 to retain and preserve the special and distinctive character of the area which has been recognised by successive generations of Councilors, as well as, by the Planning Inspectorate as being worthy of protection.
Policy H15 of the existing Replacement Local Plan (2005) provides this guidance.
Can we please have a written response dealing with our concern in full together with suggestions as to how they can be addressed.
