South Hill Residents Association Ltd members face a continual financial burden to maintain the estate roads which are not constructed to adoptable standards. The estate currently suffers through traffic accessing London road via Hill Road, South Weald Road and Hillside Walk. The increased volume of traffic accessing Honeypot Lane from a 250+ housing estate in Honeypot Lane would see a significant increase in traffic wanting to use our private roads putting an increased financial burden on SHRAL members.
