Representation Summary:

You are proposing 50/70 house on Green Belt land. There is no infrastructure to deal with this amount of extra traffic. Schools couldn't cope, that in itself would cause more traffic on roads around our small village. No affordable homes for young villagers. It would not bring in any local jobs. By building these homes here, you are just concerning yourself with numbers rather than sense.

Representation Summary:

Brentwood Council have ignored all representations given by BVHA concerning our much love local village and in doing so has/is ignoring the right needs for the village and all who live here. Flooding and drainage capacity cannot cop. Local amenities and infrastructure cannot cop ie. shops, car park, broadband. Planners are willing to throw Green Belt protection out the door.
