I do not agree that local transport is sustainable in the future. The local bus was threatened recently. The doctors can not cope with the current population, increasing the housing will only make the situation worse.

Representation Summary:

I have lived in Blackmore for 33 years. The site on Redrose Lane has been subjected to flooding and waterlogged on many many occasions. The additional drainage would only exacerbate this situation. It's unsuitable for development.

The additional rainwater and foul water drainage would overload the system in the centre of Blackmore leading to flooding in this historic part of the village.
