Representation Summary:

10:51: VERY STRONGLY OBJECT
There are enough children playing outside on the Newham Estate as it is - creating an intolerable environment for the residents there. We DO NOT want actual play areas, this will attract even more children! During the summer months, there is the constant noise of footballs being kicked and children screaming. Not to mention the damage from balls hitting residents' property. There is a perfectly large park in the area - children should be encouraged to go there to play!
