The consultation document recognises the need for additional services to support growth across all options. Again, it is considered that focusing growth along the A127 Corridor has the capacity to deliver new community infrastructure and by working jointly with Basildon Council and the ability to bring forward new infrastructure as part of PADC 5, sustainable development should be achieved.
