No. If there was to be a large development in the north of the Borough, the impact on local people should be considered whilst the building work is in progress. Villages such as blackmore are surrounded by narrow lanes that would sttruggle to accommodate large builders lorries. Also the area is prone to flooding, would building works make this worse?
