As already stated, Blackmore suffers with severe flooding on a regular basis and this is a significant fact when taking existing housing into effect. An Environmental Agency survey should be undertaken as a matter of urgency before sites R25 and R26 can be considered for the LDP. This should already have been undertaken and shows a lack of soundness in completion of the document.
