Why are you building on such valuable Green Belt land rather than considering brownfield sites. Green Belt around Blackmore is constantly being nibbled away by sneaked in buildings/homes no consideration to the impact on the surrounding areas. Flooding is a massive problem in this area and more properties will make this a bigger problem for all existing homes owners.
