Blackmore has a history of flooding, removing 2 large green fields will make the situation worse and is contrary to Government guidelines. When we have heavy rain Red Rose is blocked as stream is 3 to 4 feet deep, Chelmsford Road floods by the ponds so we are effectively cur off from the village.
