Parts of Blackmore are in flood risk 3 zone and any development on surrounding Green Belt will only increase this, changes do not go far enough.
The current plan puts existing homes at risk, unacceptable. Any site that is at risk of flood whether from rivers or surface water should be excluded from the LDP. The massive risk to existing infrastructure and homes really is unacceptable.
