Blackmore is the most out of the way village in the borough, it does not compare in facilities, size or population to surrounding villages, Stondon Massey, Kelvedon Hatch, Doddinghurst, therefore making the proposals unsound. Any increase in housing with the very limited public transport Blackmore has will inevitably lead to more cars/traffic on the road which together with the limited facilities in the village will overwhelm it.
