Whenever there is heavy rain I cannot get to shop as both Chelmsford Road and Red Rose Lane flood every time. Only other way is via Spriggs Lane and Fingrith Hall which is 3 times the distance. So to build on 2 large fields in Red Rose Lane is stupid and needs to be changed.
