Blackmore does not meet Government criteria for a class 4 village, should be class 4, BBC should follow guidelines. Doddinghurst is a grade 3 village which has been ruined by over development. If you want to experience village atmosphere you have to go to Blackmore, but BBC obviously want to ruin that village as well.
