The changes have been made to retrospectively fit Blackmore into the proposal and are not sound. It is the remotest village in the borough and does not compare in size, population or facilities to the surrounding villages of Doddinghurst, Kelvedon Hatch or Herongate. There are limited facilities and the roads out are not fit to take more traffic. As public transport is extremely limited growth in the amount of houses in the village will only lead to more traffic and cars on the road in a remote part of the borough which is unnecessary.
