Object to Paragraph 7.80, which indicates that applications will be determined according to the criteria set out in Policy 7.10. Policy 7.10 is, in our view, unsound as it does not reflect the criteria of the PPTS, nor does it allocate sufficient sites for plots or pitches. We request the Council review the PPTS and reflect the criteria as set out in Paragraphs 24 and 26.
