How will the local roads cope ie. Doddinghurst Road and Ongar Road with all the extra traffic coming from these proposed new developments. Left alone the issue of school places, doctors and surgeries (it is difficult now to get appointment), parking in the town etc. It seems at the moment every spare piece of land has flats built on it, losing some of the old properties that make the town! I realise some new housing has to be built, but there must be better sites available, without clogging up two roads even more at rush hours than now.
