Availability of facilities such as Cross Rail, sports and Leisure etc. is only feasible if we have transport infrastructure that easily allows us to get to them.
We have no practical public transport here on the road between Billericay and Shenfield so we have to drive. This would require a massive investment in car parking to become a feasible option.
