Site 078 adjoins existing residential development and the proposed development would constitute infill development. The above review of Parcel 9a recognises that this assessment is not necessarily reflective of the qualities of every site within the parcel. It is considered that development of site 078 has limited environmental value and offers minimal contribution to the Green Belt when assessed against its five intended purposes.
