Unless the contract for WHW development is reallocated it is disingenuous to continue to suppose that this development will go ahead. There must be some serious consideration given to the reallocation of this contract. The allocation of such significant work must be open, transparent and adhere to the rule that the development must occur during the period of the plans. To do otherwise places too many residents in a position of uncertainty.
