"Shortage of affordable housing" and all the clap-trap you say comes with it is all a load of rubbish. If you can't afford to buy a house, you save your money each month until you can!
You will create an over crowded and unhealthy town by building more houses!!
Prices in Brentwood are not as high as you think!
I'd like a £million house now please. I aspire to have a swimming pool and snooker room too.
7.53: "House prices in Brentwood are among the highest in Essex" - that's because Brentwood is a nice place to live! - at the moment!!!
"Figures show that the lowest priced 3 bedroom houses range from £300,000... " - this is rubbish! Houses around our way have gone for a lot cheaper than that! If you can't afford a 3 bedroom house (as we couldn't), then you buy a 2 bedroom house! It's not rocket science!!!
7.54: "A shortage of affordable housing leads to overcrowding, poor health.. etc" - how on earth do you work that one out? You are going to create an overcrowded and unhealthy town by building more houses!!!!!
"... inability to achieve a decent standard of living and personal aspirations such as living independently, having children....." - what rubbish! - my personal aspiration is to live in a £million house but not have to work, can you help me???
